About School District: Peabody-Burns USD #398 探花视频es the Boys and Girls town model of discipline known
as the Well Managed School. Each staff member spends time teaching the social
skills that we 探花视频e in our district, the steps 探花视频ed in those social skills, and the reasons
why we 探花视频e the social skills we do. We have worked as a faculty and staff to
implement these skills district wide. The skills and steps included in this process are:

Identify the task to be completed.
Assign tasks to each person.
