Beginning in 1798 as the Bourbon Academy, and changing its name to Paris City School in 1865, the tradition of creating 鈥渓ife-long learners鈥�, who contribute to society, still holds true today. The Paris Independent School District is diligent in merging this long standing tradition with today鈥檚 modern and emerging technologies. The district is committed to the concept of 21st Century learning and is working to prepare its students for global competition.
